ConstructionThese Terms have been negotiated in English. Any translation made available to you may also be used but if there are discrepancies between them, the English version prevails.
Definitions

For purposes of these Terms:

"App" means the Jackpot Party Casino mobile application;
"Service" includes all websites, applications and systems through which we provide our services (including but not limited to software, games, artwork, text, graphics, music and sound effects);
"User Account" means your unique user name and account information used on the Service.

By using or accessing the Service after reading these Terms, you agree that any dispute arising from them will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with Section 11 of these Terms.
